Pictures from the Renaissance Festival.

As we enter the Labor Day weekend, I thought, why not post some more pictures from the Renaissance Festival my family and I enjoyed last July.

Have fun browsing.

Nice to enjoy the scenes without the heat and inclines.

The only thing wilder is a Star Trek convention!

Me too, Elizabeth and Riley. I love the Renaissance Festivals. Thanks for stopping by.

Alex, it wouldn't surprise me if a Klingon showed up at the Renaissance Festival looking for ale.

These photos remind me of the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City, Utah (in SW Utah) where my disabled daughter and I lived for a few years. We're now in Harrisonburg, Virginia where I blog about writing, my book about to be published, my life as a caregiver, my family.

I met you through KarenG's BBQ. I'm glad I did. I'm interested in meeting new writers. I really like your blog; it's very beautiful, very creative.

Thank you Ann. If you're interested I believe there is a Renaissance Festival in Virginia. I have many of the fairs shown under their own blog-roll on your left.

Hi,

Nice to meet you.

This BBQ blogging is going great guns, love your Renaissance Festival pics!

I write romance but have eclectic taste in reading material, and have had fun reading works of Sci-Fi and fantasy posted to blogfests!

Hello. I'm dropping by from the BBQ and am a follower now.
Where is this fest? I hear we've got a big one in the southern half of my state (UT) and wonder how it compares. Great pics.
Cheers!

Will you look at these costumes? My daughter sewed costumes for a couple of Renaissance fair-goers when she lived in LA.

Nice to meet you Francine, I must visit a blogfest soon.

MT, this is Colorado. I guess I should have said that.

Karen, I am always impressed with people are creative seamstresses.

Thank you all for following me back here from the BBQ and welcome.

Certainly looks like everyone was having fun. I like that the buildings fit in with the theme.

Helen, the buildings really do fit the theme. This location is only used for the festival.

Nice to meet you too Nicole.
