The word, ‘whatever,’ means that on Tuesdays I will post whatever needs to be posted for the week. Either blog-fest or blog awards or some other news worthy item. Or maybe a short story I’ve written or a You-Tube item. Who knows, that’s why I call it whatever.
For this installment I am going to share some changes to my blog. None are earth shattering. I haven’t got that kind of power.
Mondays are Writing days. News or articles about writing.
Tuesdays are Whatever Tuesdays. See above explanation.
Wednesday is the ever popular Hump Day Improvisation, where I ask you to participate in some writer exercise.
Thursdays will be ‘Ask Me a Question Day.’ I will also interrupt this post to host another blogger. Or I might write Flash Fiction.
Friday will be Friday’s Pics. I don’t have a camera yet, so I will invest in one of those throw away cameras until I acquire a real one. In the mean time, I may have to fill in the space with other topics.
Saturday is family day, no post. Enjoy your family or catch up on some R&R.
Sunday Bible Study. I have a number of blogger friends who are interested in this. I don’t pretend to know much, but I do have a wonderful bible with foot notes that rock. So, I will share one or more verses with the footnotes and let you know where you can buy the same bible.
Any of these days is subject to change depending on what happens. But as a general rule, this is what I intend to follow.
( you may notice that I am signing my name in the comments as NR instead of Nancy. That's because my little thank you for leaving a comment on the side bar is tracking me as Nancy and I don't want it to.)
Do you designate specific days to specific topics?

Wow, you're very organized. I don't blog often enough to dedicate days to specific topics. I do enjoy your posts about writing, and yes, they are helpful to non-writers, too (cf. your previous post).
Nancy, you are one organised lady. I post twice a week on any aspect of writing, publishing and marketing. No specific days to specific posts.
I've heard that posting different topics on different days is a great thing to do--helps keep the blogger from getting burned out trying to think of ideas to blog on, and gives the reader something to look forward to. Hope it works well for you!
Though my blog posts' theme remains constant, looking at how we keep our passions - writing, photography, cooking, sewing - whatever they may be, in our lives, I try to vary the posts. To look at different angles of keeping our crafts central to our days.
I've set aside Thursday for guest bloggers, mostly published authors in a variety of genres. I especially like promoting Colorado authors.
Wednesday I usually have a mixture of announcements and links. Monday, Tuesday, and Friday are open topics, and I rarely post on weekends now.
Thank you kobico, Rachna, Elizabeth, Joanne and Patricia for sharing your thoughts on this post. I appreciate it.

Dang, you are organized! I admire that. I seem to have whatever Mondays and Tuesdays...and Wednesdays,... : )
I actually have thought about having certain days of the month for book reviews and writer interviews/spotlights, but just can't carve out the time yet. Good goals for the year.
Thanks for the thoughts.
I think my mind would break if tried to organize like that :) Shoot you've read my blog, does it seem to have a plan? (Laughing)
Still stopping by, please don't feel the need to dust :D

Thank you Erin and Jules for leaving your comments. Truth be told, I'm not organized. Planning the blog days helps me come up with a topic. And I hope it helps all of you too.

Good plan! I find having a schedule keeps me focused and find new topics.
It's easier for me to be flexible - never know when I'll need to review a movie or announce something wild in the tech or entertainment world. Although Friday's will now be dedicated to a topic, as I was asked to join a group blog.
Interesting comment from both of you Carolyn and Alex. A group blog...very cool, I will be checking that one out.

I've got Teaser Tuesdays . . . but that's about it. I prefer winging it, except for the blogfests.
I like your schedule! It sounds great.
Great blog schedule :)
I don't have a blog schedule since my writing blog is about writing and social media and my faith blog is about...you guessed it: faith.
Thanks Golden.
Lynda, to have more than one blog would do me in.
Thanks for leaving a comment.
