Health Improvement

Hi everyone, just wanted to bring you up to date on my health. I went to the doctor yesterday and was able to do the walking test to ascertain my level of breathing. I'm improving.

Last week was my granddaughter's 5th Birthday. We had a good time. I was out for over 5 hours and didn't get sick. A first in a long time. Since then I've had to run several hour long errands including the doctor visit. I usually get very sick afterwards but not this time. I am really tired though, and I haven't been able to visit any of you, so my apologies.

I thought we found an apt., but I couldn't put any money down because my husband was paid only $213.00 today. I need a wealthy benefactor. LOL

News Update

I had intended to write a post for Romantic Friday Writer's today. However, yesterday I had a doctor's appointment and that took everything out of me. I had to walk so much that when I got home my lungs hurt so bad I had to take pain medication. My doctor is worried about it and increased my inhaler medication which makes me vomit. Oh the fun of being sick!

Yesterday, Siv Maria gave me a shout out. I got to meet Siv after I was first diagnosed with brontitis, before the killer cold set in. What a treat, so stop by Siv's and take a look. She lives in Norway.

Depression

Hi all...no this is not a down post. I am curious about depression. When I get sick I get a double dose of it. I can't see the light through the open window, so to speak. Usually, I come around as my health improves even when my life isn't perfect. Hay, whose life is? So, does anyone else have this problem? How do you lift yourself up? Medication, either prescription or herbal can only do half the job and I'm not convinced therapist do more than collect money to nod their heads. So let me know in the comments. I am limited in my exercise until I can take a deep breath.

News Update

Hi Everyone:
I'm alive, but we ran out of internet time. My daughter is big on the facebook games and I started to help her get the stuff. But she spent too much time playing, partly because we weren't aware of our time allowance. I won't be able to blog or anything for two weeks.

For all my  kind and thoughtful followers, thank you so much for your kind words and generous hearts. I love you all.

Doctor update: The guy is an idiot. He didn't believe me about the iron, he didn't believe me about the severity of my nose bleeds, and to top it off, he was rude. He will kill someone. That someone won't be me. I'm searching for someone new. Oh, he didn't give me any meds either.

Helth Update

Two weeks ago when I went to the Doctor he put me on Iron. I told him that I almost hemorrhaged to death when my oldest was born and I was told that it was due to the Iron supplement they had me on. He seemed to think that was bogus. So, I started to take Iron. Last Thursday I had a nose bleed. Not just any nose bleed. It gushed out all over my clothes and the table where I was sitting. I stuck toilet paper up my nose and had to change it every minute for half an hour. All the blood and phelm  went down my throat into my lungs. I had a nose bleed three times that day and three times the next. Christmas Eve I spent in terrible pain and had more nose bleeds. It took me a little bit to connect the dots and I stopped taking the Iron. Now I am sick again. But I don't have a killer cold so that is good. On top of that I cracked my tooth and it's painful to eat.

I was 100%. Writing again. Now I'm weak and spaced out.

Back to the Doctor I go.
