A to Z Challenge!

Announcing the April 2011 A to Z Challenge!

Come April, I plan to join the A to Z Challenge along with some great blogger buddies. Here is all the information and the picture that will be on my sidebar where you can cruise on over to Alex J. Cavanugh’s blog and sign up.

I copied this post from Alex’s blog:

The brainchild of Arlee Bird at Tossing It Out, the A to Z Challenge began last year with a hundred participants, including me.

This year Arlee is thinking BIG. Really BIG! Three hundred participants. He needed year to spread the word and Talli Roland, Jen Daiker at Unedited, and myself (Alex), are proud to co-sponsor this event.

What is the A to Z Challenge?

It’s blogging a letter of the alphabet every day the month of April (with Sundays off for good behavior.) It begins April First with the letter A and ends April 30 with the letter Z.

And it’s more than just a challenge! It’s a way to get in the habit of blogging on a schedule. It’s a chance to gain followers. Last April, I was a new blogger and went from thirty to eighty followers in one month. But more importantly, those of us who participated became like family. We grew and stretched together. And we had a blast in the process!

So please join Arlee, Talli, Jen, and me, (Alex), as we set off on a quest for three hundred participants in the A to Z Challenge!

Ready, set, join the challenge…Nancy.

I have thrown my name into the hat for the blogging challenge. Of course, since I manage 22 posts a month on average, this'll be am easy feat for me!

No idea how many post I'm doing a month, but I blog everyday but one. I'm changing that up a bit soon. Thanks for dropping by Jeffrey.

Hmmm...I haven't heard of the tough letters. I'd better go look for that.

Yeah! Twenty-six days is not difficult and it's easy when you know what letter of the alphabet you're featuring. Thanks for plugging the Challenge.

You're welcome Alex, I've got some scheduled already.

Hi Sandra, nice to meet you. I can understand being afraid of an entire month of post, that's why I am scheduling mine.

I enjoyed this challenge so much last year that I signed up again. After that, I'm cutting back a little, maybe to three days a week instead of five.

I guess in retrospect 300 participants was not thinking so big after all!
