Random Thoughts

Colorado has been in the news lately and not for good reasons. I talked a little about the wildfires, now those folks are dealing with mudslides anytime it rains.

My heart goes out to all the victums and their families in the theater shooting. We used to live three blocks away from that theater in Aurora before we moved to Lakewood. I never attended that theater though.

Car trouble is cutting into the budget. I need a new keyboard and mouse along with a cheap desk to have the internet. I think another two weeks or three before I can buy that.

Both my girls have jobs. Things are looking up for them.

I can now walk at a quick pace wherever I am thanks to the mighty inhaler my doctor prescribed. That elusive 100% in health is soon approaching. I'd say I'm at 98% right now.

I've lost 60 pounds in three years. That's more than half the amount I want to lose. Hurray!

My grandson had me tell a new bedtime story recently. It looks like he will get his own series of stories. How fun is that?

Love you all, miss you, really miss blogging and writing for Romantic Friday Writers. Everybody needs a little romance in their life.

Not sure when I'll be able to make it back in to the library. Hope your all doing well.

Nancy

Glad things are looking up.

I keep thinking about the "balloon boy". Wish CO was in the news for something wacky.

The shooting was tragic.
Hope you get what you need for your computer soon. You've been without Internet for a very long time.

Yep, Colorado is taking on the chin. No doubt things will heal and get better with time, but it can't be soon enough. Glad things are looking up for.

Congrats on losing 60 Lbs. I'd like to lose 1.5 stones.

I'm sending you hugs and prayers that things improve and you get your wishes for car and computer. x
