Write Hope for Japan and other news.

So many important things to share that I had to do a post today.

Japan...need I say more. Our hearts and prayers are with them. But we shouldn't forget the earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand or the floods in Australia either.

Have you heard about, Write Hope started by some of our blogger friends, Rachael Harrie at Rach Writes is one of them. They are taking donations for an auction to benefit Japan. I have donated a copy of my book. I'm also calling the Red Cross next week with a donation. Every little bit helps.

Don't forget, our friend and brilliant writer, Roland Yeoman, was here to talk about his book, The Bear With Two Shadows, and mythology. You can read part one here and part two here. Roland has a contest going on and a special price of $1.99 for his book during his blog book tour. See the bear on the right hand side. Click it to buy his e-book.

Are you planning on self publishing your book online through Amazon and smashwords? Smashwords has put together some slideshares about how to succeed. Click here to view.

Tony Benson at Fireside Park is having a contest to reach 200 followers. He is giving away books that he will ship anywhere.

Margo Benson at Margo Benson is also having a 200 follower contest and while the Benson’s are married, they are giving away two different sets of books each. And the rules are different. Go over and have a look.

Some of my friends have started a blog, Mike, Marne and Vicki at Cowboys and Dragons at the Café please stop by and say “Hi!”

Finally, I'm over 300 followers. I promise to look all my new followers up as soon as I can. Thank you, thank you, I hope you find something of value here.
