Y is for YouTube
YouTube link The Royal Wedding (1923)
Y is for YouTube.
Why did I choose YouTube for my Y word. Because I've used them for almost every post. Because this technology is fun and now we can create Book Trailers. So I went over and searched and what do you know? I found another royal wedding on this royal wedding day. This is William's great grandparents who thought they would get to live a relatively quiet life. But George ended up being King during WWII.
No sound on this one. Tomorrow is the last day of the challenge. I hope you enjoy my Y pick.

YouTube is so much a part of what we do that it's almost hard to remember what life was like before we had it. lol
That's an interesting piece of history. It's so easy to forget he wasn't supposed to become the king!

great Y word - I too love youtube. how else could I learn how to knit socks, watch babies laughing hysterically not to mention a cat playing the piano, thoughtfully!

That's a great "Y" word. I can't believe we can see a 1923 wedding on YouTube. Technology never ceases to amaze.
Now that's a real royal wedding. I'd much rather watch this than the "other affair." And so I did. Thanks Nancy, for the classy and classic Y post.

Ever seen the movie Royal Wedding with Elenor powell and Fred Astaire? Now that is great old movie fun!
Isn't the new Harry Potter trailer tremendous? Really raises the blood pressure.
