On the first Wednesay of every month a lot of bloggers post for 'The Insecure Writer's Support Group.' IWSG. As I was hopping from one blogger to another I read this wonderful post by Hart Johnson at Confessions of a Watery Tart, and I had to share it with you. So if you want to increase your happiness, don't postpone, go and read this post.

I remember Hart's post. Happiness is also a choice.
I went to the link and read the post. When I realized I couldn't find anything today that made me "happy" (much less three things) I got even more depressed -- so that didn't work for me at all! lol
Happiness is overrated. People should just try to be content and grateful for what they already have in their lives. That I can get on board with.

Hi Nancy .. I've been over and commented ... it's not necessarily that which makes us happy ... content, satisfaction with an achievement - we remain in a positive frame of mind
